MediaPlayer

This is a media player that can run as an overlay on games similar to steam or discord overlays. It has the ability to play audio and video. Ex. if youre having to spend time in a game waiting (dead and waiting for round restart or w/e). Steam used to have the ability to play your personal music library but removed the feature to reenforce their own music selling service with the game soundtracks.

This project aims at fixing that while adding some other stuff. Now you can also play video in a picture in picture mode. It has several quick docking options incase you want to move your PiP somewhere else on the screen and not block information. When you close the overlay, the video pauses. It resumes when you open the overlay again. Im still thinking about best methods for the user experience, so this will be optimized.
